The Network package consisting roughly of the following:

Kernel, the low level classes including Socket, SocketStream, SocksSocket, NetnameResolver, InternetConfiguration (proxy/socks), various exceptions etc.
MailSending, a UI for message composition, should probably be moved.
Protocols, POP3/SMTP/FTP/HTTP/Telnet
RFC822, email address parsing
RemoteDirectory,
UUID, universally unique ids.
Url, urls and MIME document mapping.
URI, a new implementation of the URI standard.

This package is maintained inside the Basic image at this point.
